SRoad là game nhập vai trực tuyến trên điện thoại, phát hành bởi VAN THONG THAI. Trang này nói rõ game thu thập những dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì và bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa chúng như thế nào.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
- Tài khoản: tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu (chỉ lưu dạng đã băm, không lưu mật khẩu gốc) và email bạn dùng khi đăng ký hoặc liên kết tài khoản.
- Mã thiết bị: một mã ngẫu nhiên tạo trên máy bạn (từ mã nhà cung cấp của iOS hoặc mã của Android). Mã này dùng cho tài khoản khách và để giới hạn số tài khoản trên mỗi thiết bị, chống gian lận.
- Kết nối: địa chỉ IP và thời điểm kết nối, ghi trong nhật ký máy chủ game và máy chủ tải dữ liệu.
- Dữ liệu trong game: nhân vật, vật phẩm, giao dịch, nhật ký hoạt động trong game, tin nhắn chat và tin nhắn riêng giữa người chơi.
2. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để
- tạo và đăng nhập tài khoản, giữ tiến trình chơi của bạn;
- gửi mã xác nhận qua email khi đăng ký, liên kết tài khoản hoặc lấy lại mật khẩu;
- phát hiện và ngăn gian lận, lạm dụng, bảo vệ an toàn cho người chơi;
- trả lời yêu cầu hỗ trợ của bạn.
3. Những điều chúng tôi không làm
- Không có quảng cáo, không dùng dữ liệu để theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng hay trang web khác.
- Không bán và không cho thuê dữ liệu của bạn.
- Không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba, trừ nhà cung cấp máy chủ và dịch vụ gửi email cần để vận hành game, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
4. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ của game. Dữ liệu game tải về máy được truyền qua HTTPS; kết nối chơi game được mã hóa theo giao thức của game. Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu trong thời gian tài khoản còn tồn tại và trong thời gian cần thiết để chống gian lận hoặc theo yêu cầu của pháp luật.
5. Xóa tài khoản và quyền của bạn
- Bạn có thể tự xóa tài khoản trong game: ở màn hình đăng nhập, bấm Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản. Tài khoản và toàn bộ nhân vật sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn.
- Bạn cũng có thể gửi email cho chúng tôi để yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu của mình.
6. Trẻ em
Game không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi; nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

SRoad Privacy Policy
SRoad is an online mobile role-playing game published by VAN THONG THAI. This page explains what data the game collects, what it is used for, and how you can have it deleted.
1. Data we collect
- Account: user name, password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text) and the email address you give when you register or link an account.
- Device ID: a random ID created on your device (from the iOS identifier for vendor or the Android ID). It is used for guest accounts and to limit the number of accounts per device against cheating.
- Connection: IP address and connection times, recorded in the logs of the game servers and the data download server.
- Game data: characters, items, trades, in-game activity logs, chat and private messages between players.
2. How we use it
- to create your account, sign you in and keep your progress;
- to email verification codes when you register, link an account or reset your password;
- to detect and prevent cheating and abuse and keep players safe;
- to answer your support requests.
3. What we do not do
- No advertising, and no tracking of you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties, except the server hosting and email delivery providers needed to run the game, or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on the game's servers. Game data downloaded to your device is transferred over HTTPS; the game connection is encrypted by the game's protocol. We keep data while your account exists and for as long as needed to prevent cheating or as required by law.
5. Account deletion and your rights
- You can delete your account in the game: on the login screen, open Account → Delete account. The account and all its characters are deleted permanently.
- You can also email us to access, correct or delete your data.
6. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn of it, we delete it.
7. Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
